Hinge Point Youth Homes serves children and youth ages 7 to 17.
We specialize in treating children who are dually diagnosed with mental health challenges and intellectual/developmental disabilities.
We serve children of all functional levels.
Our treatment modality uses proven behavioral and therapeutic technique including, Applied Behavioral Analysis, Motivational Interviewing, CBT and DBT.
Step 1: Complete the Basic Child Information form email it to info@hingepointyh.com. It will be reviewed by the clinical team to determine appropriateness of fit.
Step 2: After a review of the Basic Child Information form, a video meeting will be scheduled to meet the applicant and discuss the program.
Step 3: If a applicant has been approved for placement, the Magellan Authorization Form will be emailed to you by Hinge Point. That application must be submitted to Magellan by the applicant. Instructions are included in the form. This process can take several weeks or months.
Step 4: Once Authorization has been granted by Magellan, a placement date will be determined. The remaining forms must be completed prior to the admission date.
